- The customer expected guaranteed results or performance outcomes

Customers are responsible for checking product requirements before purchase.

Sticksense does not guarantee that a digital product will work with every setup, device, platform, or future software update.
7. No Guaranteed Results

Our product descriptions explain the intended purpose and setup focus of the product. Results may vary depending on user settings, device setup, platform changes, and personal preference.
8. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same product, contact us as soon as possible.
We may review duplicate purchases on a case-by-case basis, especially where the duplicate product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
9. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
